Is there a minimum quantity for one order?
- Yes, the minimum quantity is 1 dozen(12 pieces).
Do you offer Domestic Embroidery and Screen Printing services?
- Yes. Logohats.com offer domestic embroidery, digitizing, and screen printing. The minimum order is 25 pieces per style, color, size, and design. We also accept all garments provided to us by customers. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after the approval of the embroidered swatch or the pre-production sample.
NOTE: Delivery date may vary depending on quantity and design
What is the turnaround time?
- Once you place your order within next 2 business days you will be provided with simulation image. Once you approve it will take 7-10 business days, then ship out.
What is the return policy?
- There is absolutely no return on custom logo items, sales are final. However on blank item you can only have an exchange.
Do you have rush services?
- Yes we do. We have 3 days rush with extra surcharge 40% of entire order or $150.00 whichever is greater. Ship in 3 days from customer approval from the proof which will be provided within 1 day from logo received.
And 5 days rush with 20% of entire order or $75.00 whichever is greater. Ship in 5 days from customer approval from the proof which will be provided with 1 day from logo received.
